How do we do it?
The first step in the process in assessing the information you have provided
for us, so please insure that you fill in the provide forms as accurately
as possible. A staff member from Ezy Mortgage Solutions will then give
you a call and run through your information and what your requirements
are for a loan. From there we research out possible solutions for you;
and we will discuss those options with you. From there, if you decide to
proceed, we will organise the loan for you and assist with the process
through to settlement. After settlement we are available to assist you
with further inquires/loan we have an ongoing relationship with all our
client and give then as much assistance as they require. We try to give
you an 'Ezy Mortgage Solution'.
When do we do it?As you can appreciate, many people are working between the hours of 9am and 5pm on a weekday. We understand this, and therefore our advisers are available to contact you anytime from 8am - 9:00pm Monday to Saturday, public holidays and Sundays can be made by special appointment with your Mortgage Consultant. The first appointment usually takes approximately 55 minutes depending on your needs and the complexity of your situation.
